Every entrant certifies that she is 18 years of age or older, that she has no objection to the smoking of marijuana or being depicted as smoking marijuana in any and all photos used by HIGH TIMES and THC.  Entrant certifies that photos are voluntarily submitted and are of the actual entrant him/herself. No nude photos please.
 

All photos submitted become the property of HIGH TIMES Magazine and Trans-High Corp (THC). By submitting photos, you grant HIGH TIMES and THC exclusive right to use them in any manner it deems fit—for print or web publication, for promotional, editorial or commercial purposes. Entrants waive any right to royalties or related claims against HT or Trans High Corporation for use of images. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold HT/THC harmless from any and all claims regarding the use, exploitation and/or misappropriation of photos submitted, and any and all costs, fees, or attorney fees.

And when i got on this morning to check my score, it was like my votes were erased. I had over 1600 score, where did my numbers go. i am it a 13 now. this is not fair. I also have a question about the randomizing of when you rate mister or misses high times. I was curious how long it would take until my profile popped up randomly for rating. So I logged out and began clicking the rate Mister High Times link until I reached my own page.

And to my surprise, after and hour of continously clicking it my page didn't show up once, while other pages popped up repeatedly, some three-four or even 5+ times, some with even less votes then I have (I thought maybe those with higher votes maybe were more likely to pop up)

I thought perhaps it would not let me from my own IP address so I went a friends house and hopped on their computer and to my surprise after and hour of clicking the rate Mister High Times link the same thing happened, my profile didn't pop up once yet others popped up multiple times, some up to ten or more this time. I would like to know why that is and if you guys could correct the problem please, it is not fair to everyone involved. Thanks.

I have not and will not write negative comments on profiles. I only have one life and will not spend it like that. I also have no idea who is running the votes up. To all contestants, I would never take the time to write any of that trash. HT's, surely you can track the computer(s) all this is coming from. I write positive comments and they do not even get posted!!!

It states "no nude photos please". Yet, nearly every woman here is nude and the photo has no relation to cannabis at all. I'm frowning upon myself for actually complaining, because it is something I hold back from. But I just don't see what message this displays for women who smoke herb. ...That they like to be naked? Perhaps that is true, I know I do, but it is not educating the public about the problem at hand... that cannabis is illegal and should be legalized. Not because females look good laying nude with it, but because we can indulge in this beautiful plant and keep our composure.
