MISS HIGH TIMES OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

Every entrant certifies that she is 18 years of age or older, that she has no objection to the smoking of marijuana or being depicted as smoking marijuana in any and all photos used by HIGH TIMES and THC.  Entrant certifies that photos are voluntarily submitted and are of the actual entrant him/herself. No nude photos please.
 

All photos submitted become the property of HIGH TIMES Magazine and Trans-High Corp (THC). By submitting photos, you grant HIGH TIMES and THC exclusive right to use them in any manner it deems fit—for print or web publication, for promotional, editorial or commercial purposes. Entrants waive any right to royalties or related claims against HT or Trans High Corporation for use of images. Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold HT/THC harmless from any and all claims regarding the use, exploitation and/or misappropriation of photos submitted, and any and all costs, fees, or attorney fees.
 

Employees of Trans-High Corporation or their immediate family are not eligible.

Miss HIGH TIMES winners are required to sign confidentiality and exclusivity agreements for the duration of their reign; they are not allowed to share any private or sensitive information regarding any matters relating to Trans-High Corp. with any outside entities, nor are they allowed to do any photos shoots, interviews or other promotional work for any other magazine or company during their reign without the express permission of Trans-High Corp.
