From the MHT Admin...

I'm working on a few upgrades - what do you guys think of this...

1) I want you guys to be able to admin comments on your profiles and turn off comments all together on your profile if you like.

2) Every month when we reset the vote, I want the site to record and track the results for that month, keep archives of those records and put icons, like 'rewards' on the profiles of the top 10

3) I want to build a tab in your profile admin screens that has tools for you guys to promote your profiles - like myspace/facebook/twitter tools. Any ideas about that?

As per the youtube/image/link embeds in the comments and your blogs, have a look a at the FAQ for 420.com - this site works the same way... http://420.com/users/faq

I will write up an FAQ for this site too, I just need some time.

Hello to all my stoner friends...I just wanted to say I'm sorry to all you beautiful girls that are receiving hatin comments...I feel where your coming from and don't get down about it! Remember the things they are doing is wrong but they think what we're doing is wrong to...So an eye for an eye I guess. But remember if you give in they won...We have to be strong and take a stand for Mary Jane since she will only stand before harvest on her own... I'm sorta directing this toward Nurse Green Thumb...You seem to need some support from your friends here at high times so I'll hit yah up with some comments and get my girls and boys to hit yah up to! But when I see comments like what you received it only makes me angry and makes me want to go to every girls site I can just to give them a good comment. And trust me if I had high speed internet I would. Living in the country has it's up sides and it's downsides.. lol!!!

Hey Bobby, so we ever going to see those upgrades? I'm mean it is one month before the cup and what not. Also what will be the outcome of Mr. HT? Is this just an online contest and that's it, or does the winner actually get something or get to do something? Freakin you guys need a spokes person from both genders to represent the new face of cannabis. Give cannabis that last final push in the right direction. Having two very intelligent & outspoken people with great cannabis knowledge would be just the thing to push this whole movement in the right direction. Put together a team of people to help Mr. & Miss HT along and they could do the High Times Cannabis Knowledge Tour and go to various locations educating people on cannabis. This could wake up America...FUCK THE WHOLE DAMN WORLD FOR THAT MATTER!!!! Or maybe it's just a pipe dream, no pun intended..haha!

As far as having a better networking system .. And keeping in touch with are daily pot smokers is would be 10 times better .. But I do agree in getting a better voting system..... for many trully years I've been a dedicated patient for medicinal marijuana patients that depend on this organic medicine will love to start a whole new networking system to get to know other people and talk about different strains .... ^o~

2. Sometimes the votes don't register. Wife tried to vote for me and none were accumulated.
3. Dude more than 5 pic's if at all possible. If not no sweat bud.
4. I guess I would agree with the old accounts thing if no one can put in the time to do what it takes to try and win this thing then they should be deleted. Just my opinion.

This site is a complete failure! get a real voting script. Hell even the cutest dog competition has a flash sql voting script. I mean fuck even Pdiddy has a real voting script. Or you can hire someone to update your sql tables to be IP specific... you can also have the sql see how many times 1 ip has voted in 1 day then allow a midnight refresh to remove the extra votes.. this is very basic programming!

the pictures max size is 700 x 700 px. after you resize your pic (toughly to 600 x 400 px) save and re-open in paint. save again in paint and upload.

I think that the (#2 Idea) is great as well, I like the reward thing too.

I have a random question though.. for anyone to reply to-

I have to resize my pictures a LOT smaller so that it can be 150 KB's to be able to be uploaded on this site. Any way of lowering your KB without having to resize? I used to have a program called IfranView that was great for this but can't find the download anywhere that works.

I hate having small pics :(

i agree with Flower Tucci on the email thing, except i think it should be for everyone who joins the page. that way if someone wants to spam someones page with inappropriate or rude comments you can know who it is. i've been having a lot of problems with rude comments on my page & i think that would eliminate that issue. i think all of the ideas are awesome, though. keep it up! As I have said in the past you guys should find a way to control the voting procedure...
I think requiring an email address to vote would help....
Many girls are being accused of cheating..
I know you guys can see IP Address's, who is logging in from what computer & so forth.
So I'm assured MHT administration knows that IF someones vote is being artificially inflated what IP Address is mis-using the feature. All the name calling & finger pointing is just unstoner like especially upon assumption.
You cannot control what other people do....
requiring an email to vote would eliminate this issue.
With that being said, I do not care if I'm in 1st place or last place.
I'm just here to have fun & stay high!
