Everything I need to know about life I learned in Mendocino County

More than just staying high-- staying healthy-- is a lifestyle.
Staying medicated all the time could mean that you lay around eating burgers and Snickers bars. But if you are also balancing yourself with nature, you probably are going to check out the local Farmer's Market. Although the Snickers bar does sound kind of good right now. . .;)
The everyday hustle and bustle is not worth the stress!

The coast will teach you to slow down. And a nonviolent community will teach you to calm down!
When I was driving down the highway next to the ocean I didn't tend to be in a big hurry.
Trust No One
Isolation: How to deal with it, and how to embrace it.
Mendocino County, especially right on the coast, is not very easily accessible. During some parts of the year there is no getting in and no getting out. In order to survive you have to . . .
Know thyself, and develop a personal relationship with the soil!

Preservation means no progress or development as we know it in the city.
It is best to grow your own whenever (and wherever) possible.
Even in pot country, in a small town there might only be one co-op. There might be fields of green a few miles down the road, but it won't do any good without safe access!
