Right..and what I'm saying is she clearly hasn't been disqualified or discriminated against because her profile is still there, she just hasn't been chosen for MHT of the month. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe there are more details I don't kbow about or something but it seems like some people are just overreacting . HT always makes the choice who gets into the magazine, not the voters. And I'm not putting words in your mouth, you said that you understand people who say that it's wrong to break the law no matter what and I say again, that doesn't make sense.

Well, as much as I'd like to be friends I don't think we are "on the same band wagon" as you put it. As for the Flower Tuci thing I don't really know anything about it but it doesn't seen like she's bing "discrimainated against". It's not like her profile's been deleted she just wasn't chosen for the MHT of the month or whatever it is..what's the big deal? And saying that it's worse to discriminate against a person for doing some legal than is it to do so for someone doing something illegal doesn't make any sense, the law shouldn't dictate how you feel about something. Marijuana prohibotion is a breach of the constitution and of our rights and freedoms "Everyone has the right to life, liberty and security of the person and the right not to be deprived thereof except in accordance with the principles of fundamental justice". How is it wrong to break the law if the law itself is illegal?

Learned that my friend Flower Tucci isn't elgible for Miss HT because of personal opinion? At the same time, HT tries to promote non-discrimination against 420 users? Kind of hypocritical. So if we don't like people in the legal profession because they have prosecuted drug users, or people that are actors on TV that portrayed a drug user that resorts to violent crime, or a beauty contestant because she's asian, that is ok to tolerate?

Sup wit that? HT needs to understand that discriminating against someone that has chosen an honest, and legal profession is worse than discriminating against something that, no matter how we feel, is still illegal.

Reconsider your stance and do the right thing.
