The state has "guidelines" to follow~but the county has their own, or rather lack of their own guidlines..San Diego is a die hard republican, military sponsored city... California's landmark marijuana legalization bill AB390 (Ammiano) will be heard in Jan. 2010.
AB 390 would:
1. Legalize marijuana use for all adults age 21.
2. License and regulate commercial sales and producation of marijuana like alcohol.
3. Generate an estimated $1.38 billion in tax revenues for California.
4. Save taxpayers the cost of enforcing failed marijuana laws.
5. Not impose any new taxes on medical marijuana patients.
~Please tell your state legislator to support AB390.
Tell them to support the Marijuana Control, Regulation and Education Act AB 390!!!!
