Just because someones score goes up it does not mean they are cheating.
There are many ways people can get votes with out cheating.
1.Hightimes voters
2.family
3.friends
4.internet promoting myspace, twitter, facebook, etc.
Anyone can inflate someones score. Sometimes people inflate girls scores to get people to hate on them ie. Smokearella
who really cares, hightimes will pick who they want regardless of votes or lack there of.
