I know you and Jimmy run Stoney Society and you know how much time you spend on photos. And I am not trying to be rude, but you shouldn't post your photos on other weed sites then like Girls Gone Weed and Ganja Girls because when they editing your photos, you already agreed to give them exclusive rights. If they have already edited the pictures, then they already own the rights to the one they edited. Even Miss Hightimes now owns all the photos you have posted on there and they are allowed to do ANYTHING with the photos. Actually, they own the pictures you uploaded which I know were the originals of those pictures, so they now own that original you posted. Ellie you have to realize that any site like this where we spend time editing your photos, more than likely when you signed up, they let you know that they own any photo that they edited. I am one of the only ones that ask permission along every step of the way.

I used to model myself. I have lived with two professional photographers who used me as their test model. The reason why you aren't getting paid for the pictures we have already done is because we didn't set up a photoshoot with you. I have always said if we do a photoshoot, we will pay for you guys to come out here and pay for all the green and set you up. I don't get to tell you where I want you to sit or how to hold the blunt when you just take the pictures yourself and send it in. i just have to choose from the ones you have already done. Its almost like TFP work or TFCD work. Oh, and those are terms photographers use that mean Time For Photos or Time For CD. Meaning that you are expanding your name and your portfolio. Unless I set up a photoshoot, I will not pay a model.

You need to talk to your manager about posting your pictures on sites like Girls Gone Weed, Ganja Girls, and Miss Hightimes, because I don't know if you realized this, but you have already agreed to give them all the rights to any images you have sent them. Most sites have a little legal disclaimer at the end of when you sign up that says that they can use any images you post on their forums or websites how they want. Your manager should know this and should have already told you not to post pictures on any sites, but aspiring model sites and even those sometimes can use your pictures if you don't read the fine print either.

Sucks, but oh well, we won't use your photos for the posters or any merchandise. We will probably not edit any more pictures because I plan on making this site my business eventually and actually start doing photoshoots with professional models. So I need to focus on people who want to further their name and our site. Cause right now they are scratching my back.

Kief is also made from the trichome part of the cannabis flower. Kief is just the dried trichomes, without any further processing. It comes as a dry powder. It can be smoked or vaporized or used to make edibles. It is often sprinkled on the top of cannabis before smoking or vaporizing, to augment the trichome content in the flowers. Some grinders (used to evenly cut up the cannabis flowers before vaporizing or smoking) have a small-mesh screen at the bottom for the purpose of collecting kief over time.
